Q: I am a small business owner and don't have extra money for advertising and marketing, how can you help me get my name out there without spending an arm and a leg?
A:
With many small businesses this is the case. But if you look at the fact that you are a small business, there are numerous resources out there that most business professionals don't know about because there are just not enough time in the day to research them all. That is where we come in, we do the leg work for you, we come up with the opportunities and design the best road map for you and your small business, on a budget that you can afford.
Q: My business is mostly word mouth, shy do i need to have a marketing plan?
A:
Any business that wants to get past the mom and pop stage needs to have a plan as to how they are going to get there. What happens if the word of mouth clients stop coming in? What do you do then? If you have a plan then you will be prepared for what could happen in the future. A marketing plan is specific to your business and your customers. It gives you an idea of the trends in the market and what you need to do to keep up with your competition.
Q: My website is fine, why would i want you to critic it, my brother in-law did it for me, I'm sure it's fine, Right?
A:
This one is tough. Though having family help with your marketing can be cost effective, it is best to have someone with a marketing background from outside of the family look at the site, just to be sure that you are hitting all of the hot buttons for your particular customers, not just the general public.
Q: How much is this going to cost me?

As with anything you have to spend money to make money. B&T Concepts believes that there is not a business out there that wants to grow that doesn't understand that.
